Catching Up...

Good news! I found my camera - now I can upload all the holiday pictures and prepare for the tour of the new home. That will be the next post - all of the new home - couldn't do it tonight as Chris still has dirty underwear on the floor. :)

So rewind two months...

First we have Heidi's daycares' holiday program. Heidi did great - she sat in her chair - didn't move - but sang along. The only hiccup was when she broke her hat - had a slight melt down and then sat right back down and kept on singing. It was cute!

Next - we made a gingerbread house... um mommy didn't do so well and we have some structural issues... Good thing I'm not an engineer or architect!

Holiday cookies - Heidi did all of the cutting out of the cookies. It was fun!

Christmas!!!! Of course she received special Christmas pajamas - which to this day are her favorite.

You ask her to smile - this is what you get:

I don't know what Heidi enjoyed more - opening presents or picking up the trash.

Daddy received a new ipod from mommy and Heidi LOVED it!

We got Heidi an easel for Christmas which came with markers, chalk and an eraser - do you notice something strange? We didn't know it came with a free pet.... GROSS! The question is - is it all the way from China or something???

There is a gap of pictures from Christmas to now - I didn't have the camera and seriously didn't take a single picture - but I will try to make up for it now.

Our first pictures of our new house - well sort of... The boy's first bath in the new tub...

A face only a mother could love... by the way - HAPPY BIRTHDAY Brewski! He turns 8 tomorrow!

The Move

Hello All - We are currently homeless living in my mom's basement...now that you have stopped laughing...it will be awhile until we post again. We officially close on our new house on January 21st (more than likely leave for Ohio around the 19th). I will have plenty of pictures to post at that time that are currently trapped on the camera.

Until then...here is a picture of our new house...

A big thank you to my mom and Darrell for putting up with us over the next three weeks! Ohio here we come!

This Are Falling Into Place...

Whew - what a C.R.A.Z.Y. last few weeks - with many more to come - but I feel like things are FINALLY falling into place. An update:

Our house sold in 3 weeks - YEAH! We are moving out the 27th - 29th of this month - closing December 30th.

We found a new house in Cleveland - but due to paperwork - banks - and two relocation companies (yep we chose a house where they were relocating too) - we aren't closing until January 21st. I don't mind. :) So in the meantime, we are moving in with parents until we officially move.

I am excited for our new home. We will have to of course do some redecorating...

Chris right now is working from home doing both his jobs - his old and new. They just hired his replacement for the old - so its training time. He will continue to work from home until we move.
I am actually transferring with West with my same job (YEAH!) I'm VERY excited about that. I love my job and the people I work with and would be very sad to leave. I'm glad it is working out. I will be working from home and Heidi will be going to daycare. I'm not going to miss getting ready in the morning. Let's just hope I don't have to do any video conferencing... :)
