It has been a busy time wrapping up the school year, celebrating Heidi's birthday, and marking the beginning of summer. Heidi was heads down finishing finals for school, and did well, and Lucy finished her school year by getting sick on the last day of school! Lucy had a fever from Wednesday to Friday, but is fine now.
As tradition, the birthday person gets to pick what we do all weekend. Heidi made sure she was well-fed, with every type of build-your-own-rice-bowl restaurant, tons of shopping, and general hanging out.
She is 17 now!
We decorated a little too :) Though... I didn't take pictures of everything.
Heidi wanted us to go on a walk, and we happened to stop by the Belciks, who were having fun with their karaoke machine. We couldn't stay too long with a sick Lucy at home, but it was a fun, random evening for sure!
