More Cheerleading!

Why not some more cheerleading? Man - there has been a lot of cheerleading lately. St Jude had their cheerleading camp - so Heidi help lead it and Lucy participated.

Quick side note - I have been sending little pictures in the girls lunches every day. Its fun for me too. I have decided, yes, I can look at a picture and I can mimic drawings, I still am not that great with faces and damn hands. :)

Back to cheer camp - lots of little girls are running around!

As crazy as it has been, we actually had a wedding too and had a date night. It was fun. It was HOT!!! Very hot...

While we were out, Heidi and Lucy had a blast with our babysitter. They went out to eat, played in the sunflower fields, saw fireworks! They were loving it!

Luckily this week isn't SO crazy - just the typical crazy - gymnastics, homework, cheer practice, speech etc. Shouldn't be too bad.

One sad note, the Gonzales lost their little Toby this weekend. She was about Taco's age and she just didn't make it. We feel for you! We haven't told the girls yet, but will soon. Dogs are family members too and we hate to see her go.

EC Cheer Camp

Last week was BUSY! We had both girls in the EC High School cheer camp.  They girls loved it, but it made for a very busy week.

First, Indians have been doing great and Heidi had her first dress down day at school. Styled by Heidi - she loves to put outfits together.

On to cheering at the high school game. It was cute that both Heidi and Lucy to do the camp. Heidi was just like the other older cheerleaders and Lucy was running around eating a hot dog. So it was typical.

The rest of Saturday we spent at the neighborhood Saybrooktoberfest - which was a ton of fun... I don't have very many pictures...but there were a ton taken... I'm sure they will surface soon...

Its just back in school and cheerleading mode here. Lots of busy nights and weekend! Counting down the days to Disney!
