It was a VERY rainy weekend here in Cleveland and Lucy was SUPER excited to wear her new rain boots!
Val and I met for our annual Chicago girls trip... It was so much fun as always!

We lost one fish from the festival - they never last too long... Chris had a ceremony for the fish - complete with music.
I guess after the rainy football game - they enjoyed lunch at Fat Heads where Lucy inhaled her wings!
Heidi was a good sport and cheered in the rain with the 3rd graders - not even her class. She is a good leader!!!

What a fast weekend!!! Quick funny story - my flight ended up being two hours delayed yesterday - not for weather - nothing mechanical - nope - while boarding - an older gentlemen sat down and for some reason - stuck his hand between the seat and the air vent and got it stuck. Yes - stuck. The Chicago fireman, paramedics, police and about 10 Southwest employees all came to try to help etc. The plane was 1/2 filled up for boarding - so they had to deplane everyone - then clean/fix the plane - then reboard - then refuel... I was ready to get home. Lesson is - don't freakin' stick your hand in random places in the plane for crying out loud.
