Family Fun Day

 

First, Lucy helped me bathe the dogs and they were STICKY! Remy loves a good brushing - ha!

Since our summer quick trip fell through because of work commitments, we decided to both take a vacation day and make it a fun day with the girls. We headed to a game place that had go-karts, mini golf, lasers, games, bounce houses, and more and it was perfect. We then also had a wonderful dinner at the Japanese steakhouse, which is always fun. It was a simple day, but rewarding. I hope we can do it again before school starts!

Volleyball is ramping up and tryouts are next week! Lucy has some camps this week and work is insane! We are about 2 weeks from Lucy's birthday and about a month away from school starting.

The Lucy Show

It was a Lucy weekend! Heidi decided to head to Cedar Point on Saturday, so we went to the science museum, lunch, mini golf, and had The Lucy Show Season 4 premiere!

You can check out the rest of the channel for previous seasons and internet gold. We decided to have a little fun and do a small premiere at our house. We tried to make a red carpet and make Nicholas and Lucy feel like stars!

Afterward, we enjoyed ourselves outside and played some buckets.

It was a lot of fun and I think Nicholas and Lucy felt honored. We can't wait to see what comes next!
