Labor Day Weekend Fun

We had a great extended weekend - and we needed it! It was the first Husker game and we whipped out our Husker gear to wear all day. I only corrected a few people saying how cute Lucy was in her cheer leading outfit - no it was not Ohio State! :)

Curtis came into town to play and play they did! The boys had fun...being boys. We did go to the big Oktoberfest at the fair grounds. It was fun. The girls had fun running around and we were able to drink some delicious German beer :)

Heidi was happy because I finally found a place she could run around to the music and not get stomped on. The main tent was really busy and LOUD - so we found this second area to hangout instead!

It was a great weekend - nice fire pits, good laughs and plenty of adult beverages. Now its time to prep for the week and recover :). Thanks Curtis for coming and playing - we had a blast!
