On the way to Branson, we stopped along the Bourbon trail a couple of places and I think Chris enjoyed himself!
Makers Mark was seriously the Disney World of Bourbon - top notch customer service and the grounds were beautiful!
Day two of travels - we headed our way to Branson!
And... Blake was complaining about his mustache and then this happened...
Loved the trip and it was great to have fun with everyone!
We came home to kind of a mess... our new neighbors that I'm just loving so much - murdered their lawn AND left a whole bunch of dead grass on our side AND mowed into our lawn too. Chris talked to them and they corrected what they could - but I have a feeling - this is going to be a battle. The person who did the mowing - didn't really see a problem with it and kept making different excuses...
Also - when we got back - Heidi finally got her ears pierced!!!
Since our neighbors did such a bad job with their mowing and people were literally slowing down and looking at their lawn - we decided on Sunday to do some much needed yard work to get ours up to speed! This included Chris using his Jeep to pull out the dead tree! New tree and some bushes will be planted this weekend! Then painting some exterior pieces is next!
Heidi went to a random baseball game with the neighbors and we got new washer and dryer. I think we are all caught up now!
