I really want to remember all the silly things Heidi is doing - so I thought I would blog about it and being able to remember in the future...
Wakey - Wakey
I have a good college buddy whose favorite thing was to wake people up (especially my not-so-morning-person roommate :) ) with "wakey wakey eggs and bakey" (bakey = bacon of course) - I one day randomly said it to Heidi as a joke and now its HER FAVORITE THING TO SAY - she will pretend to put Big Toe to sleep and then SHOUT "Wakey wakey eggs and bakey" - its not always in that order - sometimes its eggy wakey or bakey wakey - but its very cute just the same. Can't wait for my next house guest to be woken up by Heidi...
Dada Juice
Chris said he was grocery shopping with Heidi and ran through to pick up a few items - I guess Heidi kept going - "That's Dada Juice" and pointing everywhere - where she was pointing??? All the beer... She kept repeating - "Dada Juice" "That's Dada Juice" - sometimes a question - other times a statement - and Chris says everyone was laughing in the store... I think he even got a "You've taught her well" ha! Now whenever she sees a beer - including just a picture - she is like - "That's Dada Juice".
Paramore
Heidi loves to sing. Her new favorite song is the new Paramore song - "You are the only exception" - that may or may not be the actual song title - but its played on 94.1 and 98.5 quite a bit... She sings it very clearly and pretty much on tune (for a toddler) - she knows to sing it four times in a row and then for some reason shout the 5th time... I will try to get it on video camera - but she tends to become shy around that thing... I will definitely start paying attention to what music she listens too - I don't need her repeating any rap songs here! :)
