A 5 Year Old & 10 Month Old!

Happy 5th Birthday Heidi! Of course, all the grandparents and other family made the day very special for Heidi!

Lucy slept through the gift opening - which is probably better anyways!

Heidi enjoyed every card and every present... I think daddy didn't really like the 5 billion layers of wrapping and bags grandma Babs put on their present. :)

The next day it was time for lessons on riding a bike! I was worried since Heidi isn't know for being a daredevil or jumping right into something - but she took to riding a bike - like a fish to water! I little explanation from dad - a few back and forths with Chris right there and then she was off!

She did really really well with riding her bike and has rode it all weekend! Heidi really enjoyed her birthday and we are all looking forward to her party this coming weekend! Should be a good time!!!

 Heidi LOVES her Doc McStuffins outfit thing - She couldn't wait to try it on and pose for the camera!

This Sunday while Chris worked on the kitchen - we hung out outside - tried to clean inside and just hung around the house. Lucy is 10 months old now. I had her hanging out in one of Heidi's baseball caps - they seem to stay on longer than any other hat... Lucy hanging out in the grass having a snack!

The kitchen is coming along...a LOT of cutting is occurring right now... I'm hoping it gets done prior to the party but there is still a lot of work to be done!!!
